Newsletter Advertising Policy and Rates
ISM-Dallas NewLink is distributed monthly to
more than 600 manufacturing professionals in the
Dallas-Ft. Worth (DFW) Metroplex area. Advertising
space is available. Fees are:
Single Issue (One time)
- Business Card $50
- ¼ page camera-ready copy $100
- ½ page camera-ready copy $175
- Full page camera-ready copy $300
Three Issues (Three times)
- Business Card $125
- ¼ page camera-ready copy $250
- ½ page camera-ready copy $450
- Full page camera-ready copy $750
Payment must be in advance, usually at time of
ad submission. The person or company responsible
for submitting the advertisement will receive
a complimentary copy of the newsletter in the
mail for the month(s) the ad runs.
A discount is offered to advertisers who pay
in advance for three or more consecutive issues.

The editor of the ISM Dallas newsletter reserves
the right to hold an ad from printing due to space
limitations. If an ad is not printed due to space
problems, the ad will automatically move to the
next month’s newsletter with no additional
charge to the advertiser. If the advertiser does
not want the ad printed the following month, a
full refund will be made. Ad space availability
is on a first-come, first-served basis.

ISM-Dallas, Inc. is a non-profit organization
that has in excess of 600 members of the supply
management profession. Our website, www.ismdallas.org
receives more that 2,500 hits per month. For the
first time in the history of the affiliate, we
are offering corporations the opportunity to become
sponsors to ISM-Dallas and have set up the following

Titanium Sponsor - $2,500 in annual contributions
- Benefits: Name on the web page with
link for one year, Name on dinner meeting slide
for one year, Engraved Plaque, Free tables for
all ISM-Dallas supplier events, One attendee
at all ISM-Dallas sponsored events, One attendee
at all 10 dinner meetings. One year’s
worth of access to the member features of our
Website, which includes the Directory.
Platinum Sponsor - $1,000 in annual contributions
- Benefits: Name on the web page with
link for one year, Name on dinner meeting slide
for one year, Engraved Plaque, Free table for
any ISM-Dallas supplier event, Two free ISM-Dallas
sponsored workshops. Platinum Sponsors are the
only companies that will be allowed to purchase
a current mailing list. The cost is $500 per
list.
Gold Sponsor - $500 in annual contributions
- Benefits: Name on the web page with
link for six months, Name on dinner meeting
slide for six months, Certificate, One free
ISM-Dallas sponsored workshop, $50 discount
on any ISM-Dallas supplier event
Silver Sponsor - $250 in annual contributions
